CV Engineer was launched in 2018 by Matthew Callery to help job seekers score interviews and land their dream jobs. Based in London, UK, CV Engineer has grown from a side project at the University of Bristol into a powerful tool that helps 308,000 users each month.

Available in 10 languages, CV Engineer has been featured on the Google Play Store in over 30 countries. Press highlights include Wired, CNET, and Popular Science.

We're a member of Ramen Club, a community for Indie Hackers.

Technical x Recruitment Founder

CV Engineer was founded by Matthew Callery. His unique background in both software and recruitment includes positions as an iOS Engineer at Epic Games and as a Director of an executive search firm in London.

Matthew holds an MSc Computer Science from the University of Bristol and an MA Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. He's a member of PARWCC (The Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches).
